## Job description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Solutions Consulting to join our BNY Data & Analytics team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Act as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed project needs and operational requirements
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of services, including monitoring service levels, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Serve as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication Cross-functional collaboration across teams to solve unique and complex problems To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 6-10 years experience
- Proven experience in service delivery management, client relationship management, customer success, or project management within a technology or managed services environment Understanding of Data & Analytics operational models, with the ability to translate technical issues into business terms for clients
- Demonstrated success in managing escalations and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve service excellence Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
