We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support to join our Engineering team. This role is located in NY/NJ. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Lead the Technology Service Desk and On-Site - Support teams by demonstrating expertise in managing production services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technology issues - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, focusing on continuous improvement and alignment with BNY's strategic goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology support solutions, driving innovation and efficiency in service delivery - Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, HDI, or equivalent are preferred. ### EXPERIENCE Typically 6-8+ years of experience.
