## Job description

### Requisition ID

The Senior Operations Administrator is responsible for carrying out Investment Executive requests and inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner while ensuring that policies and industry regulations are adhere to, as well as Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines. In this role you will: Authorize withdrawals of cash and/or securities from client’s accounts in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Approve the transfer of money and securities between accounts
- Review transaction requests and any accompanying documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to processing said items
- Provide continuing education for the Sales force, identify problems, and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Review and approve foreign currencies conversions
- Complete sundry duties as assigned Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have: Post Secondary Education & the completion of the Canadian Securities Course is preferred Experience in the Financial services industry is preferred A solid understanding of the wealth management business Experience working with Microsoft Office, WORD, and Excel The ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment An ability to work well under pressure

- Excellent problem-solving skills
