Purpose Contributes to the overall success of Brand & Advertising, Scotia Global Asset Management (SGAM) with a focus on the Direct Investor channel ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. ### What you will be doing Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Working closely with the Global Brand team, manages the creative direction and timely execution of national advertising campaigns, event marketing, communications, integrated marketing campaigns and other strategic marketing initiatives Working closely with Media agency and enterprise, identifies channels to help grow our Direct Investor market share. Works close with agency and enterprise on media strategy, on-going monitoring and analytics to optimize strategy in support of KPIs. Ensure ongoing communication with key business partners including regular status updates, liaison between creative and media agencies, and other external vendors. Champions a high-performance environment and demonstrates a commitment to Scotiabank’s values: accountability, passion, integrity and respect. Delivers results in accordance to Scotiabank behavioural competencies. Creates an inclusive team culture and an environment where team members hear, share, and appreciate diverse perspectives. Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates and models the Bank’s risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams. Operates in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk. Do you have the skills to enable you to be successful in this role? We would love to work with you if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications preferred.
