### 机构说明

无 岗位职责：通过校园招聘方式选拔优秀毕业生，经过运营条线系统培训，深入学习厅堂服务与业务支持等岗位知识，定岗至分支行运营条线从事运营相关工作，旨在培养我行运营管理专业人才。

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历的2027届应届毕业生，专业不限；毕业时间不早于2026年9月1日，不晚于2027年8月31日；如为境外高校毕业生，必须于2027年8月底前取得教育部学历认证。2、性格开朗、遵纪守法、认同宁波银行企业文化。
