## Job description

### 机构说明

/ 岗位职责：1 负责开拓私人银行新客户及新增客户总资产，提升潜力客户及客户总资产，同时维护现有达标客户及提升客户的总资产等工作； 2 负责了解客户个性化产品和增值服务需求，深入经营私人银行客户，挖掘客户包括投资理财、企业金融、投资银行、财富传承、海外资产配置等的相关需求，并整合资源提供解决方案； 3 根据客户需求，在投资顾问的支持和协助下给客户出具投资建议书，并执行资产配置，完成一揽子金融解决方案的销售； 4 负责私银产品的销售推进和营销，销售过程风险把控，已销售客户定期反馈，持续跟踪； 5 负责私银客户走访和定期回访工作，负责客户相关KYC及风险评估定期更新及系统录入，客户定期维护工作； 6 根据内外部监管的相关要求，做好客户资产的合理配置和各项产品的合规销售等风险防范工作； 7 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

### 任职要求

年龄40周岁以下；学历本科及以上；要求有5年以上银行营销及团队管理经验。
