## Job description

### 机构说明

/ 岗位职责：1 收集市场信息，依托团队和渠道，全面抓好存贷款基础业务，加快普惠贷款投放，大力开拓财资大管家、外汇金管家、票据好管家和财富业务等重点业务，开展行业经营，积极引入进出口企业、科技型企业、行业重客，努力推进核心客户建设，做大结算存款，提高活期占比； 2 严格按照零售公司授信产品的尽职要求开展贷前调查工作，审查授信客户资料真实性 3 负责零售公司授信客户贷后检查工作，监管客户资金账户往来、资金用途及流向等情况，积极防范风险； 4 严格落实总行访客要求和标准化动作，运用掌上银行做好访客登记、商机录入、商机落地等工作； 5 积极参加总行、分支行各类业务推广活动，及时完成总行、分支行布置的其它工作； 6 完成总行零售公司部及分行分管行长分配的其他工作任务。

### 任职要求

本科及以上；精通零售公司业务产品，有丰富的团队管理经验，有较强的沟通及表达能力
