## Job description

### 机构说明

宁波银行北京分行 岗位职责：
- 协助部门全面抓好零售公司银行业务的各项经营及管理工作，达到零售条线考核要求；
- 根据区域特点，用好国际业务、票据业务和现金管理业务的产品，积极拓展规上企业的营销，努力扩大基础客群，增加盈利能力。
- 负责部门业务人员的培养，不断提升营销人员的营销能力和专业水平。
- 完成分行的其他工作任务。

### 认真贯彻总分行各项规章制度，有效控制零售公司条线的信用风险、合规风险和操作风险； 任职要求
- 原则上45周岁及以下，全日制大学本科（含）以上学历；
- 具有8年以上金融工作经验，其中从事管理岗位5年以上，且具有下一层级管理职位经历3年（含）以上；（特殊引进人才除外）
- 拥有丰富的客户基础、良好的社会关系，熟悉本地区市场环境；具有较强的营销能力和风险管理能力；
- 具有较强的团队管理能力及市场开拓能力；
- 特别优秀者以上条件可适当放宽。
