## Job description

### 机构说明

无 岗位职责：
- 综合运用各类模型工具，科学制定渠道的客群准入、定额定价、用信审批、预警调额等贷前、贷中风控策略，将资产质量控制在合理水平；
- 持续监控各板块资产质量和各项策略运行情况，并根据风险表现迭代优化；
- 跟踪分析数据调用情况，制定合理化数据管理策略，有效控制数据成本；
- 协调策略评审，并与科技部门有效协同，使策略准确按时部署上线。

### 任职要求

1、35周岁及以下，本科及以上学历； 2、金融工程、统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业毕业者优先； 3、具有银行、消金、互金等金融机构3-5年个贷策略建设相关工作经验。
