## Job description

### 机构说明

略 岗位职责：
- 负责投研输出，跟踪和解读重大经济政策及事件，定期输出专题研究报告，以及市场点评；
- 配置建议输出，提供客户资产组合中股、债、商业保险、大宗商品各类资产的配置建议，输出配置指引和产品组合。
- 为分支行的高净值客户提供路演、陪访和专业支撑。

### 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历、经济、金融、统计等相关专业，具备扎实的经济学基础，熟悉宏观经济分析理论和工具；
- 具备2年以上宏观经济或大类资产研究工作经验，研究方向包括权益、债券、黄金、境外资产等，熟练使用金融数据库终端，如Bloomberg、Wind等；
- 具备较强的表达和沟通能力，较强的逻辑分析和报告撰写能力；
- 持有CFA、FRM等相关金融证书者优先。
