## Job description

### 机构说明

/ 岗位职责：1 开发客户，包括分行本地特色业务的市场开拓、产品营销、风险监控等； 2 服务客户，主要负责特色业务的全流程服务； 3 带教新人，8级以上等级的业务经理有义务培养和指导见习和初级业务经理； 4 搜集信息，包括客户信息、行业动态以及同业信息，了解客户对我行产品及服务的评价和需求，及时反馈操作过程中存在的问题，并提出产品建议和其他合理意见； 5 合规操作，业务经理经办特色业务时，须严格遵守各项内控制度；产生的风险和损失，按照我行相关文件规定处理； 6 完成总分支行交办的其他任务。

### 任职要求

年龄35周岁以下；学历本科及以上；具有银行从业经验者优先。
