### 机构说明

无 岗位职责：以宁波银行北京分行为单位进行招聘的岗位。北京分行培训生是指我行通过校园招聘方式选拔的优秀毕业生，经过我行系统培训后在分支行各业务条线从事营销管理工作，旨在通过我行产品为客户提供全方位、高品质的金融服务。

### 任职要求
- 遵纪守法，品行良好，认同宁波银行企业文化，愿意在金融领域长期发展；
- 性格开朗，乐于合作，具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力、创新意识和责任意识，具备良好的心理素质及身体素质；
- 国内外高校应届毕业生，毕业时间不早于2026年9月份，不能晚于2027年8月底，如为国外高校毕业生，必须于2027年8月底通过教育部学历认证；
- 欢迎跨专业同学报考；
- 身体健康，符合我行亲属回避政策。
