### 机构说明

总行 岗位职责：负责手机银行渠道经营与业务转化、自有生态企微体系化运营、数据分析与产品功能优化。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销、统计学、新闻传播等相关专业优先。
- 具备消费信贷、互联网金融或银行零售信贷相关工作经验。拥有手机银行、企微经营和一体化运营1年以上经验者优先。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用 SQL、Excel，能开展客群分析、漏斗归因与策略效果评估，以数据驱动经营策略迭代。
