## Job description

略 岗位职责：

### 线上风控策略制定与风险识别
- 主导小微企业线上税贷产品量化策略的设计与迭代，制定差异化的准入、额价策略，并分析客群特征与行为模式，识别关键风险驱动因素；

### 效果评估与决策支持
- 建立策略评估和规则监测体系，持续监测策略有效性并推动优化迭代，输出有价值的数据分析报告和建议，为授信策略调整等关键决策提供支持；
- 探索税银、发票等多维度外部数据源的接入与应用，探索新数据在风险识别中的价值；
- 其他风险管理相关工作。

### 任职要求
- 专业计算机、数学、统计学、金融学、计量经济、软件工程、通信工程等；
- 有小微信贷风控策略体系设计和策略开发经验，主要从事线上风控策略制定工作；
- 具有良好的数据思维和策略思维，有较强逻辑能力，熟练掌握SQL等数据分析工具，具备较强的数据处理和分析能力；
- 自驱力强、有责任心，沟通协调能力强。
