## Job description

### 机构说明

略 岗位职责：
- 主导宏观市场动态追踪，定期输出深度投研报告及前瞻性策略展望。
- 对市场金融产品进行定量与定性分析，向全行财富客户输出产品策略优选方案，驱动资产配置建议落地。
- 面向高净值客户开展投资策略会路演，面向内部团队策划并实施专业培训，实现投研能力向业务产能的高效转化。

### 任职要求
- 具备5年以上券商研究所、公募、保险资管或知名私募的策略/总量研究经验，曾担任卖方首席或买方总量核心成员，有直接参与投资决策会的实战经历。
- 长期跟踪权益、债市、保险等市场动态，精通数据分析工具，具备构建从信息筛选、交叉验证到信号提炼的能力。
- 具有大模型在投研场景的实际使用经验，参与过公司大模型建设或相关项目落地者优先。
