无 岗位职责：1. 根据总分行整体战略，制定并实施支行财富业务发展规划及销售目标；2. 带领理财经理团队拓展高净值客户，提升客户资产规模；3. 组织财富路演、投策会等客户活动，提升客户服务体验与满意度，增强客户黏性。

### 任职要求

1. 精通财富管理产品；2. 具备较强的市场分析、客户营销和风险识别能力；3. 出色的沟通协调和领导能力；4. 有银行相应任职经历者优先。
