无 岗位职责：宁银理财定向生是指通过校园招聘的方式选拔的27届优秀毕业生，培养为资产管理方向的专业人才。招聘方向涵盖权益研究、多资产研究、固收研究、渠道拓展、产品、交易、金融科技、中后台等。

### 任职要求

2027届应届毕业生，海内外硕士研究生及以上学历，毕业时间为2026年9月至2027年8月。如为海外院校毕业生，需于2027年8月前拿到教育部学历认证。专业不限。
