岗位职责 负责协助支行主要负责人做好支行相关管理工作 负责完成分管业务整体发展战略及年度经营计划在本支行的贯彻落实 负责完成分管业务制度建设、团队建设、营销管理和员工管理等工作 负责协助支行主要负责人完成分行下达的各项经营计划 协助支行主要负责人完成分行行长室交办的其他工作 招聘条件 遵纪守法，诚实守信，作风正派，清正廉洁 具有正常履行职责的身体条件和心理素质，无不良生活习惯和兴趣爱好 认同本行企业文化，具有较强的事业心、责任心以及学习、沟通和团队协作能力等基本职业素养 胜任岗位工作，具有符合岗位要求的工作能力 符合监管机构关于银行业从业人员的有关要求，以及南京银行亲属回避相关规定 大学本科及以上学历，年龄42周岁（含）以下，具有五年及以上商业银行或应聘岗位相关工作经验，过往工作业绩优良 具有国有大型商业银行、股份制商业银行或城市商业银行相关任职经历 熟悉商业银行业务产品、业务流程，熟悉本地市场情况，具有较强的市场拓展能力和良好的客户资源，具有丰富的客户营销管理经验 具有较强的营销管理、决策判断和组织领导能力 具有良好的沟通协调能力及较强的工作责任心和风险意识 特别优秀者可适当放宽条件
