## Job description

岗位职责 负责机构客户渠道建设、客户发展、综合化服务，推动机构业务综合化发展； 负责制定机构业务考核办法和业务推动指引，对客户经理开展日常业务辅导，提升客户经理营销实战能力； 负责机构客户的协同营销，提升服务质量和综合贡献度； 完成领导交办的其他工作。 招聘条件 遵纪守法，诚实守信，作风正派，清正廉洁； 具有正常履行职责的身体条件和心理素质，无不良生活习惯和兴趣爱好； 认同南京银行企业文化，具有较强的事业心、责任心以及学习、沟通和团队协作能力等基本职业素养； 胜任岗位工作，具有符合岗位要求的工作能力； 大学本科及以上学历； 符合监管机构关于银行业从业人员的有关要求，以及南京银行亲属回避相关规定； 年龄35周岁（含）以下，2年（含）以上商业银行机构业务相关工作经验； 熟悉商业银行机构业务产品及流程； 具有较强的市场开拓、沟通协调能力及客户服务意识。
