## Job description

岗位职责 负责小微客户资产、负债及中间业务的有效市场拓展与营销； 根据授权为客户办理本行各项业务和提供服务，负责本经营单位小微客户授信业务的贷前调查、申贷上报、贷款发放及贷后管理等工作； 负责协同其他客户经理开展客户营销和服务工作； 完成分行下达的各项经营指标。 招聘条件 遵纪守法，诚实守信，作风正派，清正廉洁； 具有正常履行职责的身体条件和心理素质，无不良生活习惯和兴趣爱好； 认同本行企业文化，具有较强的事业心、责任心以及学习、沟通和团队协作能力等基本职业素养； 胜任岗位工作，具有符合岗位要求的工作能力； 大学本科及以上学历，具有商业银行从业经验； 符合监管机构关于银行业从业人员的有关要求，以及南京银行亲属回避相关规定； 35周岁（含）以下，具有2年（含）以上商业银行业务营销及信贷相关工作经验； 熟悉小微业务产品及流程； 具有较强的市场拓展能力、沟通协调能力和风险识别能力，拥有良好的客户资源。
