## Job description

岗位职责 负责小微企业的市场拓展与营销，完成分支行下达的营销目标，协同其他客户经理为客户提供全方位的业务咨询与服务； 负责支行普惠客户的持续建设、维护和管理，独立完成普惠业务的调查、初审、放款及贷后管理工作； 负责搜集相关的市场信息、同业信息和客户信息，定期汇总、分析、报告，并提出业务创新、产品创新和服务创新的建议和需求方案； 完成支行领导交办的其他工作。 招聘条件 遵纪守法，诚实守信，作风正派，清正廉洁； 具有正常履行职责的身体条件和心理素质，无不良生活习惯和兴趣爱好； 认同南京银行企业文化，具有较强的事业心、责任心以及学习、沟通和团队协作能力等基本职业素养； 胜任岗位工作，具有符合岗位要求的工作能力； 符合监管机构关于银行业从业人员的有关要求，以及南京银行亲属回避相关规定； 大学本科及以上学历，年龄35周岁及以下，具有2年及以上商业银行或应聘岗位相关工作经验，且过往工作业绩优良； 具有较强的市场营销和业务操作能力，熟悉普惠业务产品和操作流程； 具有较高的客户服务意识和风险防范意识，熟悉本地区客户和市场情况，拥有良好的客户资源。
