## Job description

### 岗位职责 负责普惠客户资产、负债及中间业务的有效市场拓展与营销，为客户提供各项业务咨询与服务； 负责普惠客户信贷业务的调查、初审并跟踪管理； 完成分行下达的各项经营指标； 负责完成支行领导交办的其他工作； 工作地点

扬州市区、江都、仪征、高邮、宝应。 招聘条件 遵纪守法，诚实守信，作风正派，清正廉洁； 具有正常履行职责的身体条件和心理素质，无不良生活习惯和兴趣爱好； 认同南京银行企业文化，具有较强的事业心、责任心以及学习、沟通和团队协作能力等基本职业素养； 胜任岗位工作，具有符合岗位要求的工作能力； 符合监管机构关于银行业从业人员的有关要求，以及南京银行亲属回避相关规定； 大学本科及以上学历，年龄35周岁（含）以下,3年（含）以上商业银行小微实体、制造业客户营销经历优先； 熟悉商业银行普惠业务产品及流程，具有丰富的客户营销经验且过往工作业绩优良； 具有较强的市场开拓，沟通协调和风险识别能力； 条件特别优秀者可适当放宽要求。
