## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 落实驻交通银行纪检监察组及总分行党委党风廉政建设及反腐败工作部署，重点处置各类违纪违法案件，推动全面从严治党，从严治行工作开展；
- 按要求开展各项纪检监督工作，包括政治监督、日常监督、专项监督等；
- 按要求开展警示教育和清廉文化建设，抓好以案为鉴、以案促改、以案促治、以案促建等综合性、系统性工作；
- 完成上级和领导交办的其他工作。 Requirements
- 政治素质好。中共正式党员，政治立场坚定，坚决做到“两个维护”，在思想上政治上行动上与党中央保持高度一致。
- 现任公务员或参照公务员管理的纪检条线乡科级干部，或一级至四级主任科员，或中管金融企业、中央企业纪检条线相当于科级的专业或管理岗位人员。
- 工作能力强。熟悉党纪法规，具有三年及以上（截至报名当日）纪检监察、公检法司等工作经历，具有较强的组织协调、沟通交流、文字表达和学习能力。具备案件查办、审查调查、谈话突破、数据运用能力者优先。近三个年度考核均在称职及以上。
- 纪律作风过硬。工作认真负责、坚持原则、敢于担当、执行力强，具备良好的职业素养和团队合作精神；廉洁自律、作风正派，遵守党的纪律、中华人民共和国法律、法规和相关政策规定，无任何违法违规违纪行为。
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历和学位(教育部认可的国内统招或海外院校)，年龄在38周岁及以下；具有法学、法律、纪检监察等专业学历学位者优先。
- 身体健康，心理素质强，能适应较高强度的工作。
- 符合交通银行招录回避及履职回避相关规定。
