## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 建立健全纪检监察工作制度机制及工作流程；
- 负责与纪检相关的公文起草、会议筹备、活动组织等工作；
- 开展日常监督和专项监督检查工作，负责监督执纪问责、加强廉政宣传教育等工作；
- 负责公司纪委会的组织、议程安排、会议记录、纪要等工作，负责纪委报告的起草撰写；
- 受理处置各类信访、问题线索、违纪事件与案件；
- 其他纪检监察工作。 Requirements
- 政治素质好。中共党员，深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，树牢“四个意识”，坚定“四个自信”，做到“两个维护”，在思想上政治上行动上与党中央保持高度一致。立场坚定、敢于担当，品行端正、廉洁自律，认真负责、尽责敬业。遵守中华人民共和国法律、法规和相关政策规定，无任何违纪违法违规行为；
- 工作能力强。具有三年以上纪检监察机关、公检法司、巡视巡察、审计或国企法务从业经历，具备党务、经济、法律、审计、财务或其他与纪检监察工作相适应的专业背景知识，具备较强的审查调查和法律事务处理能力，有留置案件查办经验优先；
- 工作作风实。求真务实、开拓创新，具有较强的事业心和责任心。严格自律，品行端正，有良好的职业素养；
- 全日制本科及以上学历和学位（教育部认可的国内统招或海外院校）；

### 年龄
- 一般在40周岁及以下；
- 身体健康，无重大疾病患病史；
- 符合交通银行招录回避及履职回避等规定。
