## Description

入职后，经培训、支行轮岗、总行跟岗等流程，培养成为基层管理人才或总行业务骨干人才，负责基层网点管理、项目推进、业务拓展等。 1.2027年应届毕业生，境内外普通高等院校硕士研究生及以上学历，境内高校毕业生应于2027年7月31日前取得毕业证及学位证，境外高校毕业生应于2027年7月31日前取得国家教育部留学服务中心国外学历学位认证； 2.专业不限，以经济学类、管理学类、理学类、工学类为主； 3.大学英语六级（CET6）500分及以上，或具备相应英语能力水平：托业TOEIC听读公开考试800分及以上、雅思IELTS 7分及以上或新托福TOEFL-IBT 100分及以上； 4.具备较强综合素质与发展潜力，认同我行总行管理培训生项目培养理念，接受多维度的实践锻炼安排。
