## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 负责私行高净值存量客户深度经营与新增客户拓展，深挖客户资产潜力，持续做大私行客户AUM规模。
- 立足高净值客户家庭资产结构、风险偏好与专属需求，定制中长期综合资产配置方案，重点推动大额寿险、保险金信托、私募产品等复杂金融产品销售。
- 策划并落地高端私享主题活动，深化私行客户圈层运营，增强客户粘性与品牌认可度。
- 完成其他交办的工作。

### 二、岗位条件
- 本科及以上学历，金融、财会、经济等相关专业优先。
- 具有8年及以上银行理财经理从业经验，过往业绩突出、拥有优质客户资源者优先。
- 须持有基金、保险销售从业资格证书及AFP或CFP等专业理财资格证书。

### 三、应聘要求
- 具备强烈事业心、良好个人修养和职业操守，身心健康，能适应岗位工作要求；
- 过往业绩突出，符合应聘岗位任职要求及年龄学历要求；
- 遵纪守法，品行端正，遵守国家法律、法规和各项金融规章制度，无违规违纪等不良行为记录；
- 具有良好沟通能力、服务理念，具备团队合作精神；
- 认同北京银行企业文化，不属于北京银行规定的亲属回避对象，符合监管部门关于银行业从业人员有关要求。
