根据分行总体发展目标和战略要求，负责团队相关业务的经营管理等工作，完成经营单位任务指标。

### 任职条件

（1）本科（含）以上学历； （2）5年（含）以上金融行业对公业务工作经历； （3）较强的市场开拓、风险管理、客户营销、团队管理及沟通协调能力； （4）有团队、有资源者优先考虑。
