## Job description

### 岗位描述

（1）协助支行行长制定并组织落实支行中长期发展规划及年度工作计划，在授权范围内合理配置资源，承担相应的年度经营管理指标； （2）组织制定实施分管业务中长期发展规划和年度经营管理计划，将上级下达的任务指标进行合理分解，制定具体工作措施，监督执行过程，有效防控风险，确保完成年度经营目标； （3）组织推动分管业务的营销活动，健全、完善分管业务的内控制度，落实业务培训，培养优秀人才； （4）贯彻执行国家有关经济金融法律法规、方针政策及行内各项规章制度，与监管部门、上级部门保持良好沟通，建立良好的内外部关系。

### 任职条件

（1）本科（含）以上学历； （2）6年（含）以上金融行业对公业务工作经历； （3）较强的市场开拓、风险管理、客户营销、团队管理及沟通协调能力； （4）有团队、有资源者优先考虑。
