Specialized Servicing and Fulfillment Operations (SSFO) is a dynamic organization committed to delivering best-in-class care for clients and internal partners. The SSFO Data Strategy and Analytics team is seeking a highly technical and analytically driven individual to join our team as a Consumer Product Strategic Analyst IV, supporting advanced analytics and reporting initiatives across the organization. This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives.
