Join us! ### Responsibilities - Supports both underwriting and monitoring in a high-volume national workflow queue Independently works with Relationship Managers and Solutions Advisors to understand structuring needs and requirements - Delivers financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic, and other analyses to team members to support the loan decision-making process Underwriters have single signature authority for certain credit transactions Skills: Attention to Detail Credit and Risk Assessment Financial Analysis Underwriting Written Communications Analytical Thinking Financial Modeling Recording/Organizing Information Business Acumen Collaboration Collateral Management Loan Structuring Prioritization Required Qualifications: 2+ years of solid Commercial Banking experience Experience in financial analysis, structuring, and underwriting Analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring - Strong communication skills; ability to communicate vertically, horizontally, and externally Industry knowledge across multiple sectors ### Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) ### Hours Per Week 40 Pay Transparency details US - IL - Chicago - 110 N Wacker Dr - Bank Of America Tower Chicago (IL4110) Pay and benefits information Pay range $72,000.00 - $150,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
