## Job description

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona curiosa, analitica e precisa, interessata a comprendere da vicino i meccanismi che guidano la pianificazione, il controllo di gestione e il monitoraggio delle performance di un grande gruppo bancario. La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della struttura Consolidato e Segment Reporting, contribuendo alle attività di budgeting, forecasting, analisi dei risultati e predisposizione della reportistica direzionale.

Attraverso il percorso di stage, la risorsa avrà l'opportunità di acquisire una visione privilegiata delle logiche con cui vengono definiti gli obiettivi economici e patrimoniali, monitorati i risultati e supportate le decisioni strategiche del Gruppo.
