Learn how this opportunity will allow you to grow your skills while helping deliver safe, high-quality products that make a difference for our customers, communities, and planet: As the Technical Operator, you’re a key member of the wider Kettering Team that plays a critical part in supporting the plant's overall business plans and objectives. The Shift pattern is: 6 days on (2 morning, 2 afternoon, 2 night shifts) - 8.5 hours per shift. 4 days off How You'll Make a Difference The responsibilities below represent more than daily tasks. They are opportunities to support safe operations, maintain quality standards, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to the products and solutions trusted by customers around the world: Complies with practices, policies, and procedures in the plant. Take ownership of the production area and create a safe and efficient work environment. Demonstrates an aptitude for mechanical equipment and ability to use hand tools. Conducts inspection of the in-process or finished products to ensure quality targets are achieved. Assists with equipment maintenance by performing routine checks and lubrication. Initiate and support lean and improvement initiatives. Proficient in the use of hand tools. Sound communication skills, ability to clearly explain processes.
