Partner with the best In this role, you will be responsible for preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will also be responsible for: Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers. Managing order processing with planners and delivery dates. Requesting local billing. Handling standardized products with pre-defined options. Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set; Handling targeted clients; Discussing sales approach with manager. Fuel your passion! To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Local taxes knowledge (desired). Experience with Power BI (desired). Experience with SAP systems and processes (desired). Fluency in English, both written and verbal. ### Working knowledge of Spanish (desired) Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills. ### Location Campinas, Brazil.
