Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers to provide support and guidance to ensure the capacity and value of the well is maximized to its full potential. Partner with the best As a Manufacturing Professional - Prod Process and Equip, you will be responsible for: Developing, validating, and optimizing manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and process parameters for completion equipment and components Improving CNC machining operations through cycle-time reduction, tooling optimization, cutting-parameter development, setup reduction, and machining capability improvement. Leading Lean transformation initiatives using value-stream mapping, standard work, 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, line balancing, visual management, cellular manufacturing, SMED, pull systems, Kanban, and structured problem-solving tools. Identifying and prioritize improvement opportunities through Gemba walks, process observation, loss analysis, capacity studies, and data-based assessment of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. - Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering Have minimum 4 years’ experience in similar field - Demonstrate working proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD & offline CNC programming - Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
