Contacts carrier by phone or mail for clarification or changes in schedules and/or pricing. Contacts carrier for the tracing of shipments. May assist in the routing and method of shipping. Handles special projects, as assigned. To be successful in this role you will: Good communication skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment. ### Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years experience. Contacts carrier for the tracing of shipments. Handles special projects, as assigned.
