The remote percentage is based on current program needs but will be less than 50%. The Engine Systems Program Manager sits on the program leadership team and leads projects in meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals for the Engine Systems Production portfolio. This exciting opportunity will expose the selected candidate to a wide range of challenges on a cross-functional, cross-site, multi-national team. Responsibilities will include: Leading a subset of Engine Systems Production Programs, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost Coordinating with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Contracts, and Finance to ensure proper project execution Collaborating with our internal and external customers to resolve issues and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience Collaboration and leadership skills with demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional colleagues Capable of working independently and within team(s) to solve problems Capable of interfacing, negotiating, and presenting to a variety of stakeholders including coworkers, leadership, partners, and customers - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that requires a high degree of initiative, adaptability, and a closure orientation - Demonstrated ability to manage risk, resources, and think strategically - Demonstrated professionalism and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or a manufacturing-related discipline Experience in the avionics/electronics industry - Proficiency with business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
