This position will implement Earned Value Management controls and conduct performance analysis to drive execution, manage risks & opportunities, and make effective business decisions. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) forecasts, program baseline planning, and internal / external program financial reporting are completed accurately and on time, and communication positions and rational. The CAM will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful program integration and drive continuous improvements. ### Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree with 5 years of work or equivalent work experience Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines, ideally in the management of large government acquisition contracts - Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and application is a plus - Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner - Strong interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel skills, Power BI a plus - Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload - Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with Costpoint, SAP, or other equivalent accounting software Experience with Cobra, MPM, Open - Plan, or other equivalent software is a plus Graduate business degree a plus Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $107359 - $182510 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
