## Job description

### Job Overview

Sales Strategy and Performance Management Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and regularly analyzing sales strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives. This role plays a critical part in driving both top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency through strategic planning, performance tracking, and actionable insights.

### Job Description

Prepare and analyze sales performance reports. Monitor sales results and identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to support sales growth. Create presentations using sales data and business insights. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and projects. Support business improvement and sales transformation activities.

### Requirement

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Economics or any relevant education background Min. 3 years working experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Performance and Business Analytic
