Currently we’re looking for a new team member to join our travel assistance team from 1.11.2026, where we help our clients abroad during their trips What you’ll be doing: Provide telephone assistance to clients abroad who need medical help or transport arrangements. Be part of a stable and friendly team that operates 24/7, 365 days a year – we’re here to help people in need anytime, anywhere. Register and manage cases in our internal system, handle the administration of insurance claims, and review documents related to travel insurance. Enjoy varied and meaningful work – you’ll be helping people in difficult situations and giving them support when they need it most. Use English (and possibly other languages) every day – you’ll communicate with customers from all over the world. ### What you’ll bring Completed secondary education (high school diploma). Good command of English (minimum level B2). Czech language on native-level speaker Strong communication skills, empathy and responsibility. Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to work in rotating or irregular shifts. Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet browsers. Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
