[Apply on AXA Group’s careers site →](https://careers-en-axa.icims.com/jobs/26914/login) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [AXA Group](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/axa-group/) / Claims Services Associate (P&C Retail) ## Job description ### Responsibilities - Handle Personal Line Claims including Travel, Home, Helper and Personal Accident - Make immediately decision and arrangement upon receiving loss notification on whether site inspection/investigation is required or not Provide appropriate initial estimation on the extent of loss (reserves) - Manage and follow-up with insured and other services provider/third party in order to expedite claim settlement - Identify and proceed claims recovery after settlement - Assist to minimize claims turn-around time and ensure claims services quality To identify, investigate and handle with the Fraud manager any potential fraudulent claim cases To assist to any departmental and team administration and common tasks Qualifications: Tertiary education or equivalent qualification. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (e.g. customer service, insurance support roles, or internship). Previous claims or P&C insurance exposure is preferable. Fresh graduates with strong interest and aptitude are welcome. Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional qualifications such as ANZIIF or ACII will be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate) and Chinese Word Processing. Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English. Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong team player and able to work independently and under pressure. Negotiation and conflict resolution aptitude.
