Identify and aggressively pursue new bank and FI partnerships to create new revenue streams. ### Champion Product & Digital Innovation Lead the end-to-end design and launch of new, digitally-enabled product propositions tailored for the bancassurance channel. Champion the development and implementation of innovative digital distribution tools and platforms to create seamless, "one-stop-shop" customer journeys. ### Drive Strategic Partner Management Own and elevate relationships with key bank partners at senior levels. Collaborate to co-create strategic initiatives, align on ambitious business goals, and solidify AXA's role as their primary strategic insurance partner. ### Lead a High-Performing Team Lead, coach, and mentor a team of business development and marketing specialists. Foster an innovative, data-driven, and AI-enabled culture focused on continuous improvement and achieving ambitious growth targets. ### Leverage Data & Technology Utilize data analytics, CRM systems, and market intelligence to generate actionable insights, drive strategic decision-making, and personalize customer engagement. Translate complex performance data into compelling, data-backed narratives for senior management. ### Ensure Governance and Compliance Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance (e.g., HKIA guidelines), internal governance, and partner agreements across all channel activities. ### Qualifications & Requirements A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline. Possession of IIQE Papers 1 & 2 is required. Professional qualifications (e.g., Senior Associate of ANZIIF) are a strong advantage. 8+ years of progressive experience in the General Insurance industry, with a proven track record of driving significant business growth in bancassurance or FI partnership channels. Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling new, high-value FI partnerships from the ground up. At least 5 years of leadership experience, with a history of building and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results. ### Strong Technical & Digital Acumen Hands-on experience with digital distribution platforms, CRM systems and data analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). A deep understanding of how technology can create superior customer journeys is essential. ### Innovative & Strategic Mindset A forward-thinking leader who can translate market trends and technological advancements into tangible business strategies and innovative product concepts. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build consensus at all levels. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidates with less experience but strong potential may be considered for the position of Manager.
