Prepare comprehensive financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules for annual filings. Participate in HKFRS 17 closing processes, including data validation, reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination. Prepare internal management reports and conduct detailed financial analysis. Liaise with external auditors on annual audit processes and related matters. Support other regulatory filings and reporting basis as required. Contribute to ad-hoc projects, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent. Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in insurance auditing or insurance accounting. Proven experience in regulatory reporting and compliance within the insurance or financial services sector. Familiarity with BMA regulations and HKFRS 17 is highly desirable. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and fluent in English. Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, and AI tools for data analysis and reporting is a plus. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Accounting Manager position.
