Create the master test plans and manage test projects to properly support the IT projects. Define Test Strategy & Planning Develop and review comprehensive test strategies and master test plans (MTP) for complex systems. Test Design and ensure Test Coverage Lead the creation of detailed manual test cases from requirements, ensuring coverage through Requirement traceability matrix. Test Execution & Reporting Lead & Perform test execution, Prepare and present Test reports & Dashboards to project stakeholders. Escalate risks or issues to higher management. 【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】 QAまたはBAとしてITソフトウェアプロジェクトへの参画経験７年以上 学士または同等のご経験 英語スキル アジャイル開発プロジェクトに参画したご経験 ISTQB資格 7+ years of software development or testing experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
