If you enjoy helping people, staying organised, and working in a fast‑paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build your skills within a supportive team. What will you be doing? In this role, you will: - Respond to customer enquiries — in person, by phone, and via email - Process orders, returns, invoicing, and stock queries Expedite urgent orders and keep customers updated on progress - Support the sales team with quotes, reporting, and backlog management - Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and professionally - Maintain accurate electronic and paper records - Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience - Perform other duties that support the smooth running of the sales counter About you We’re looking for someone who: Has strong communication and customer‑service skills Can multitask and work confidently in a fast-paced environment Has basic computer, email, and phone skills Enjoys problem‑solving and takes pride in getting things right - Works well as part of a small, supportive team Has some customer-facing experience (helpful but not essential) Holds a high school diploma or equivalent If you are interested in this position, then please Apply Now!
