Become a valued member of our enterprise and feel appreciated for your hard work! ### What You’ll Do You will act as the front-line experience specialist for our premium customers, ensuring a seamless, personalised rental experience from rental to return. Clear communication and coordination with the customer for vehicle pick-up and drop-off whilst addressing all customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service. Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
