We pride ourselves on delivering unbeatable service and creating an environment where we can celebrate and recognise our employees for the great job they do! ### Key Responsibilities of a Rental Operations Agent Owning the full rental experience from vehicle preparation, interacting with customers to handling returns. Providing excellent face-to-face customer service. Being a brand ambassador – positively promoting our products and services. Working towards targets to increase productivity and sales. Cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they are presented to customers in a safe, clean, and rental-ready condition.Ensuring that the rental car lot is organized and well-maintained What we are looking for: A genuine can-do, positive attitude, above all else Someone reliable and motivated, who sees every day as a chance to improve Excellent communication skills Team-player Previous customer service experience is welcomed Someone who enjoys working flexibly as the role is annualised hours based, and who's comfortable moving between hands-on tasks and customer-facing work – no two days will be the same!
