## Job description

### Process Optimization
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

### Data Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends, troubleshoot operational issues, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

### Compliance & Safety
- Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

### Technical Support
- Provide technical support, training, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to production teams.

### Risk & Cost Assessment
- Perform risk assessments, process simulations, and cost estimations for manufacturing operations.

## Qualifications

### Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

### Experience

1–3 years of experience in process engineering or a manufacturing environment.

### Professional Skills

Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

### Core Competencies

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; familiarity with Six Sigma or lean manufacturing principles is a plus
