This position reports directly to the Manager for Finance Governance and will be responsible for supporting aspects of the design and migration from ADP's current Chart of Accounts (COA) structure to one single Global COA. This individual will need to analyze data in North America, EMEA, and APAC charts and provide insights and recommendations and implementing rationalization opportunities of the current chart. He/she will also be responsible for assisting in obtaining the requirements for the future Code Block and mapping the current code block to the new Code Block. He/she will also work with the project team leaders in transforming accounting processes. This person will be working with multiple finance & accounting areas to understand and document reporting/accounting requirements and ensure that these are included in the design of the Code Block and future GL processes. This person will be responsible for contributing to the change management and communications throughout the initiative. ### JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Governance of Global Chart of Accounts definitions, hierarchies and values Global FDMEE Location owners for all mapping updates, changes etc. Responsible for updates to oracle sub-ledgers, primary ledgers & secondary ledgers, Hyperion Planning, and FCCS. Alignment and execution of changes for all GLs globally. Support questions for code block from the organization. Continue to work on the code block for further alignment opportunities. Ensures that key controls in place are assessed and amended, as necessary, based upon the nature of transformation initiatives and that post implementation they are functioning in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley Legislation Coordinates user acceptance testing and user back-end training for all Finance & Accounting locations. Assists the development and execution of change management communications.
