## Job description

### Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in software development and SDLC methodology in the HCM domain Experience managing others, as a development team lead; 5+ yrs exp Experience creating, executing and driving improvement in test plans Experience with data mapping, data modeling or other ETL operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with data integration tools is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Will be required to frequently interact of external clients ##LI-DNI
