## Job description

### Key Responsibilities
- Lead Java backend developer 8 to 11 years experience
- Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE applications using Spring Boot and Microservices
- Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data processing and business logic
- Analyse source system data and map attributes to target data models Develop BIRT reports and integrate application components
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and partner with product owners to deliver business value

### Required Skills

Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices Multi-threading, Hibernate, REST APIs, OAuth2, and Web Services security Strong SQL and PL/SQL with hands-on Oracle experience
- Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB) Experience in cloud solution in AWS is a must Experience with Tomcat, WebLogic, and BIRT reporting Good to Have Experience with Financial Crimes and Compliance Management (FCCM) tools
- Familiarity with AML Transaction Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance domain Angular UI development experience
- Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, with exposure to tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Amazon Bedrock, or OpenAI APIs for building intelligent, autonomous workflows ##LI-DNI
